A. 1. Toggle Airplane Mode: Turn on Airplane Mode for a few seconds and then turn it off to reset your network connections.
2. Forget and Reconnect to Wi-Fi: Go to Settings > Wi-Fi, forget the network, and reconnect to it.
3. Check Data Usage Settings: Ensure that the app is allowed to use data in the background. Go to Settings > Apps > Trax Retail > Data Usage and check the settings.
4. Restart Router: If using Wi-Fi, restart your router to refresh the connection.
