A. Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your device. Go to Settings > Bluetooth and toggle it on if it’s off.

B. Remove the HR monitor from your Bluetooth devices list and re-pair it with the app. Go to Settings > Bluetooth, find the HR monitor, tap 'Forget', then re-pair it.
