A. 1. Check your Wi-Fi signal strength where the camera is located. If the signal is weak, consider moving the camera closer to the router or using a Wi-Fi extender. 2. Ensure that the camera's firmware is up to date. You can do this by opening the Imou Global app, navigating to the camera settings, and checking for firmware updates. 3. Restart both the camera and your router. Unplug the camera and router, wait for about 30 seconds, then plug them back in and allow them to reconnect.
B. 4. If the issue persists, try resetting the camera to factory settings. This can usually be done by holding down the reset button on the camera for about 10 seconds until the LED indicator blinks. After resetting, set up the camera again in the app.
