A. To manage app upgrades, go to your device's settings. For Android, navigate to 'Settings' > 'Apps' > 'iD Mobile' > 'App notifications' and adjust the settings to limit notifications about upgrades. For iOS, go to 'Settings' > 'App Store' and toggle off 'App Updates' to prevent automatic updates. You can manually update the app when you choose to do so.

B. If the app is persistently pushing upgrades, consider uninstalling and reinstalling the app. This can sometimes reset the app's behavior regarding notifications and upgrades.
