A. Log out of the control panel and clear your browser's cache. After clearing the cache, log back in to see if the issue is resolved. If the control panel is still blocked, try accessing it from a different browser or device to rule out browser-specific issues.
B. If you have access to another account or user role, try logging in with that account to see if the control panel is accessible. If it is, there may be a permissions issue with your original account that you can address by adjusting user settings.
