A. Check your internet connection. Ensure that your device is connected to a stable Wi-Fi or cellular network. You can do this by opening a web browser and trying to load a website. If the connection is weak, try moving closer to your router or resetting your network settings by going to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
B. Update the app. Go to the App Store, tap on your profile icon at the top right, scroll down to see if RTSH TANI has an available update, and tap 'Update' if it does. Sometimes, issues arise from outdated versions of the app.
