A. To resolve subscription charges after cancellation, first verify that you have indeed canceled your subscription. Go to Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions and check if Fruitz is listed as active. If it is still active, follow the prompts to cancel it. If it shows as canceled, check your payment method for any pending charges.
B. If you continue to be charged despite cancellation, document the charges and any relevant information, then go to the App Store and request a refund. Open the App Store, tap on your profile picture, select 'Purchased', find Fruitz, and follow the prompts to report a problem.
