A. Check your notification settings for the Lovense Remote app. Go to Settings > Notifications > Lovense Remote and ensure that notifications are enabled and set to show on the lock screen.

B. Make sure that Do Not Disturb mode is turned off. You can check this in Settings > Do Not Disturb. If it's on, turn it off to allow notifications to come through.
