A. Try removing the favorite control and re-adding it. This can sometimes reset the button functionality. Tap and hold the control, then select 'Remove', and add it back again.

B. Check for any updates to the app that may address this issue. Go to the App Store, tap on your profile icon, and scroll to see if Lovense Remote has an update available.
