Next, restart the app. Close it completely by swiping up from the bottom of the screen (or double-clicking the home button) and swiping the app off the screen. Then, reopen the app and try loading the video again.
B. Check if the video format is supported by the app. If the video is in an unsupported format, it may fail to load. Try converting the video to a compatible format using a video converter app.
