A. Ensure that location services are enabled for the Findmykids app. Go to 'Settings' > 'Privacy' > 'Location Services' and make sure it's turned on. Then, find the Findmykids app in the list and set it to 'Always' to allow continuous tracking.

B. Check if the app has the latest updates. Go to the App Store, tap on your profile icon at the top right, and scroll down to see if Findmykids has an update available. If so, update the app.
