A. 1. Ensure your iPhone is updated to the latest iOS version. Go to Settings > General > Software Update. If an update is available, download and install it.
2. Check if the Sweat app is updated to the latest version. Open the App Store, tap on your profile icon, and scroll down to see if Sweat has an update available. If so, tap 'Update'.
3. Clear the app's cache by deleting the app and reinstalling it. Press and hold the Sweat app icon until it jiggles, tap the 'X' to delete it, then go to the App Store to reinstall it.
4. Restart your iPhone by holding the power button and sliding to power off, then turn it back on. This can help clear temporary glitches.
B. 5. If the app continues to crash, try reducing the load on your device by closing other apps running in the background. Double-tap the home button (or swipe up from the bottom on newer models) and swipe up on apps to close them.
