A. 1. Force close the app: Double-click the Home button (or swipe up from the bottom of the screen on newer iPhones) to view all open apps. Swipe up on the ShopWell app to close it. Then, reopen the app to see if it loads properly.
2. Update the app: Go to the App Store, tap on your profile icon at the top right, scroll down to see pending updates, and update ShopWell if an update is available.
3. Restart your iPhone: Hold down the power button until you see the 'slide to power off' option. Slide to turn off, then turn it back on after a few seconds. This can clear temporary glitches that may cause the app to crash.
B. 4. Clear app cache: Go to Settings > General > iPhone Storage, find ShopWell, and tap on it. If there’s an option to offload the app, do that. This will remove the app but keep its data, allowing you to reinstall it without losing your information.
