A. 1. Force close the app: Double-tap the home button (or swipe up from the bottom of the screen on newer iPhones) to view all open apps. Swipe up on the Flashscore app to close it. Then, reopen the app to see if the issue persists.
2. Update the app: Go to the App Store, tap on your profile icon at the top right, and scroll down to see if Flashscore has an available update. If so, tap 'Update'.
3. Restart your iPhone: Hold down the power button until you see 'slide to power off'. Slide to turn off, wait a few seconds, then turn it back on. This can help clear temporary glitches.
B. 4. Clear app cache: Go to Settings > General > iPhone Storage > Flashscore. If there’s an option to offload the app, do that. This will remove the app but keep its data. Reinstall the app from the App Store.
