A. Check your internet connection. Ensure that you have a stable Wi-Fi or cellular data connection. You can do this by opening another app that requires internet access to see if it works. If not, try resetting your router or toggling your Wi-Fi off and on again.
B. Update the Sptimers+ app. Go to the App Store, tap on your profile icon at the top right, scroll down to see if Sptimers+ has an available update, and tap 'Update' if it does. This can fix bugs that may be causing the issue.
