A. 1. Check Bluetooth connection: Go to Settings > Bluetooth and ensure your AirPods or earphones are connected. If not, tap on them to connect. If they are connected but not working, try disconnecting and reconnecting them.
2. Reset AirPods: Place your AirPods in their case, open the lid, and press and hold the button on the back of the case until the LED light flashes amber, then white. Reconnect them to your iPhone by going to Bluetooth settings and selecting them again.
B. 3. Check app permissions: Go to Settings > GoChat Messenger and ensure that microphone access is enabled. If it’s not, toggle it on to allow the app to use your audio devices.
