A. 1. Ensure that your printer is powered on and fully charged. 2. Check that your iPhone's Bluetooth is enabled by going to Settings > Bluetooth. 3. Restart both your iPhone and the printer to refresh the connection. 4. Open the KODAK STEP Prints app and try to reconnect to the printer. If it still fails, go to Settings > Bluetooth, find your printer in the list, and forget the device. Then, try to pair it again.
B. 1. Make sure that the printer is within the recommended range for Bluetooth connectivity. 2. Check for any software updates for the KODAK STEP Prints app in the App Store and install them. 3. If the app still fails to connect, try resetting the network settings on your iPhone by going to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
