A. 1. Close the app completely: Double-tap the home button (or swipe up from the bottom of the screen on newer iPhones) to view all open apps. Swipe up on the CollX app to close it. Then, reopen the app and try streaming again.
2. Check for updates: Go to the App Store, tap on your profile icon at the top right, and scroll down to see if CollX has an available update. If so, tap 'Update' to install the latest version, which may fix freezing issues.
3. Restart your iPhone: Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve temporary glitches. Press and hold the power button until you see the slider, then slide to power off. Turn it back on after a few seconds.
B. 4. Clear app cache: Go to Settings > General > iPhone Storage, find CollX, and tap on it. If there’s an option to 'Offload App', do that to clear some cache without losing data. Reinstall the app if necessary.
