A. 1. Close the app completely: Double-tap the home button (or swipe up from the bottom of the screen on newer iPhones) to view all open apps. Swipe up on StreamChamp to close it. Then reopen the app and try streaming again.
2. Clear the app cache: Go to Settings > General > iPhone Storage. Find StreamChamp and tap on it. If there’s an option to 'Offload App', do that. This will clear some cache without deleting your data. Reinstall the app if necessary.
B. 3. Check for updates: Go to the App Store, tap on your profile icon at the top right, and scroll down to see if StreamChamp has an update available. If so, update the app as it may contain bug fixes that resolve freezing issues.
