A. Close the app completely and restart it. To do this, double-tap the home button (or swipe up from the bottom on newer iPhones) to view all open apps, then swipe up on PrankDial to close it. Reopen the app and try again.

B. Ensure your iPhone is updated to the latest iOS version. Go to Settings > General > Software Update and install any available updates.
