A. To switch devices using the Firsty Travel eSIM, first ensure that your new device is compatible with eSIM technology. Then, on your new device, go to the settings and look for the option to add a mobile plan. You will need to scan the QR code provided during your initial eSIM activation. If you do not have the QR code, check your email or the app for any saved information. If you encounter issues, try resetting the network settings on your new device by going to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. This may help in recognizing the eSIM.
B. If you are unable to switch devices using the QR code, you can try to remove the eSIM from your old device first. Go to Settings > Cellular > Select the eSIM plan > Remove Cellular Plan. After removing it, restart your new device and attempt to add the eSIM again using the QR code.
