A. Go to your iPhone settings, select 'Notifications', find the app, and ensure that notifications are enabled. Check that the alert style is set to 'Banners' or 'Alerts'.

B. Try toggling notifications off and then back on again in the app settings. This can sometimes reset the notification system.
