A. 1. Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your iPhone. Go to Settings > Bluetooth and toggle it on if it’s off.
2. Restart both your iPhone and Apple Watch. For the iPhone, press and hold the power button, and for the Apple Watch, press and hold the side button until you see the Power Off slider.
3. Re-pair your Apple Watch with your iPhone. Open the Watch app on your iPhone, tap on 'All Watches', then tap 'i' next to your watch and select 'Unpair Apple Watch'. Follow the prompts to re-pair it.
B. 4. Check for updates for both the iPhone and Apple Watch. For the watch, open the Watch app, go to General > Software Update.
