A. Check your subscription status in the app settings. Go to your profile, find the subscription section, and ensure that your payment went through and that your subscription is active.

B. Reinstall the app. Uninstall Yupi and then reinstall it from the App Store. This can sometimes restore missing features linked to your subscription.
