A. Close the app completely and restart it. To do this, double-click the home button (or swipe up from the bottom of the screen on newer iPhones) to view all open apps, then swipe up on Smarters Player Lite to close it. Reopen the app and try streaming again.
B. Check your internet connection. If you are on Wi-Fi, try switching to mobile data or vice versa. A weak connection can cause freezing.
