A. 1. Force close the app: Double-click the Home button (or swipe up from the bottom of the screen on iPhones without a Home button) to view all open apps. Swipe up on SmartLinx Go to close it. Reopen the app to see if the issue persists.
2. Clear app cache: Go to Settings > General > iPhone Storage. Find SmartLinx Go, tap on it, and select 'Offload App'. This will remove the app but keep its data. Reinstall the app from the App Store to clear any corrupted cache.
