A. Delete and reinstall the app. This can resolve issues caused by corrupted files. Press and hold the app icon until it wiggles, then tap the 'X' to delete it. Reinstall from the App Store.

B. Free up storage space on your device. Go to Settings > General > iPhone Storage and delete unused apps or files to ensure the app has enough space to operate.
