A. 1. Restart the App: Close the CarBuzz app completely by swiping it away from the app switcher. Then, reopen the app to see if the issue persists.
2. Update the App: Go to the App Store, tap on your profile icon at the top right, scroll down to see if CarBuzz has an update available. If so, tap 'Update'.
3. Clear Cache: Go to Settings > General > iPhone Storage > CarBuzz. If there's an option to 'Offload App', do that to clear temporary files without losing data. Reinstall the app afterward if necessary.
B. 4. Check for iOS Updates: Go to Settings > General > Software Update. If an update is available, download and install it, as it may fix compatibility issues.
