A. Make sure you are logged into the correct account that has the rewards. Check the rewards section in the app to see if they are still valid and how to apply them during checkout.

B. If rewards are not applying, try removing items from your cart and adding them back again. Sometimes, the app needs a refresh to recognize the rewards.
