A. 1. Close the app completely by double-tapping the home button (or swiping up from the bottom on newer iPhones) and swiping the Pdb App off the screen. 2. Restart your iPhone by holding down the power button and sliding to power off. 3. Once the phone is back on, reopen the app. If the issue persists, check for updates in the App Store and install any available updates.
B. 1. Clear the app's cache by going to Settings > General > iPhone Storage. 2. Find the Pdb App and tap on it. 3. If there is an option to 'Offload App', select it to free up space without deleting data. 4. Reinstall the app from the App Store.
