Ensure that the ZENGGE device is within range and not obstructed by walls or other electronic devices.
B. 1. Check for any software updates for the ZENGGE app in the App Store and install them. 2. Reset the ZENGGE device by turning it off and on again. 3. If the issue persists, try uninstalling and reinstalling the ZENGGE app.
