A. 1. Ensure your iPhone is running the latest version of iOS. Go to Settings > General > Software Update and install any available updates.
2. Clear the app's cache by deleting and reinstalling the app. Press and hold the app icon until it wiggles, tap the 'X' to delete, then reinstall from the App Store.
3. Check for any background apps that may be consuming resources. Double-tap the Home button (or swipe up from the bottom on newer models) and swipe up on apps to close them.
4. Restart your iPhone to refresh the system. Hold the power button until you see the slider, then slide to power off. Turn it back on after a few seconds.
B. 5. If the problem persists, try resetting your iPhone's settings. Go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings. This will not delete your data but will reset system settings.
