A. Try restarting the app to reset the sound system. Close the app completely by swiping it away from the app switcher and then reopen it.

B. Check your device's sound settings. Go to Settings > Sounds & Haptics and ensure that the volume is turned up and the mute switch is off. Also, check the in-game sound settings to ensure they are configured correctly.
