A. 1. Close the app completely: Double-tap the home button (or swipe up from the bottom of the screen on newer iPhones) to view all open apps. Swipe up on the Haylou Fun app to close it. Then, reopen the app and try streaming again.
2. Clear app cache: Go to Settings > General > iPhone Storage. Find Haylou Fun and tap on it. If there’s an option to 'Offload App', do that to clear temporary files without deleting your data. Reinstall the app if necessary.
B. 3. Check for updates: Go to the App Store, tap on your profile icon at the top right, and scroll down to see if there are updates available for Haylou Fun. If there is an update, install it as it may contain bug fixes that resolve freezing issues.
