A. 1. Ensure Bluetooth is enabled: Go to Settings > Bluetooth and make sure it’s turned on. The app needs Bluetooth to communicate with the scooter.
2. Check app permissions: Go to Settings > Lime and ensure that location services and Bluetooth permissions are enabled.
3. Restart the app: Close and reopen the Lime app to refresh the connection.
B. 4. Move closer to the scooter: Sometimes, being too far away can cause unlocking issues. Stand next to the scooter and try again.
5. Try a different scooter: If one scooter won’t unlock, try another nearby scooter to see if the issue is with that specific unit.
