A. Ensure your app is updated to the latest version as updates often fix bugs causing crashes. Go to the Google Play Store, search for LightX AI Photo Editor Retouch, and check for updates.

B. Clear the app cache and data. Go to Settings > Apps > LightX AI Photo Editor Retouch > Storage > Clear Cache. If the problem persists, try 'Clear Data' as well, but note this will reset the app to its default state.
