A. If you cannot copy text, try long-pressing on the text to see if a copy option appears. If it does not, check if there are any app settings that may restrict text selection and copying.

B. As a workaround, take a screenshot of the text you want to save. You can then use an OCR (Optical Character Recognition) app to extract the text from the image.
