A. Check the camera settings within the app. Look for options related to aspect ratio or resolution and adjust them to see if it corrects the view. Restart the app after making changes.

B. Try resetting the camera settings to default. This can usually be done in the settings menu of the app. After resetting, check if the camera view is normal.
