A. Check your device's location settings to ensure that the app has permission to access your location. Go to Settings > Location > App permissions and make sure Dating and Chat is allowed to access your location.

B. Manually set your location in the app if the option is available. Look for a location settings feature within the app that allows you to adjust your location preferences.
