A. Check if your device's keyboard is enabled. Go to 'Settings' > 'System' > 'Languages & input' > 'Virtual keyboard' and ensure your preferred keyboard is selected and enabled. If it is, try switching to a different keyboard app from the Play Store to see if that resolves the issue.
B. Restart the BBO app. Close the app completely by swiping it away from the recent apps list, then reopen it. This can sometimes reset the chat function and allow the keyboard to appear.
