A. Ensure that notifications are enabled for the app in your device settings. Go to Settings > Apps > Nowsta > Notifications and make sure they are turned on.

B. Check your internet connection. If you are on a weak Wi-Fi or mobile data connection, notifications may not come through. Try switching to a stronger network.
