A. Check your notification settings for the Nowsta app. Go to your device's Settings > Apps > Nowsta > Notifications, and ensure that notifications are enabled and set to 'High Priority'.

B. Make sure that battery optimization is not restricting the app's background activity. Go to Settings > Battery > Battery Optimization, find Nowsta, and select 'Don't Optimize'.
