A. Check your notification settings for Tag-It. Go to Settings > Apps > Tag-It > Notifications and ensure that notifications are enabled and set to show on the lock screen and in the notification shade.

B. If notifications are still disappearing, check if your device has any battery optimization settings that may be affecting notifications. Disable any optimizations for Tag-It to ensure notifications are delivered.
