A. Try tapping on the top bar of your screen (where the time is displayed) to quickly scroll to the top. If this doesn't work, close the app and reopen it to refresh the conversation list.

B. Check for app updates in the Google Play Store. Sometimes, scrolling issues are fixed in newer versions.
