A. 1. Ensure your iPhone is running the latest version of iOS. Go to Settings > General > Software Update and install any available updates. 2. Delete and reinstall the Ride Jetson app. Press and hold the app icon until it wiggles, tap the 'X' to delete it, then go to the App Store to download it again. 3. Clear the app's cache by going to Settings > General > iPhone Storage, find the Ride Jetson app, and select 'Offload App'. This will free up storage without deleting your data. 4. Restart your iPhone by holding the power button and sliding to power off, then turn it back on after a few seconds.

B. 5. Check for any background apps that may be consuming resources. Double-tap the home button (or swipe up from the bottom on newer models) and swipe up on apps to close them.
