A. 1. Restart the app: Close Brass completely by swiping up from the bottom of the screen (or double-clicking the home button) and swiping the app off the screen. Then reopen it and try customizing again.
2. Check for app updates: Go to the App Store, tap on your profile icon at the top right, scroll down to see if Brass has an update available. If so, tap 'Update' to install the latest version.
B. 3. Clear app cache: Go to Settings > General > iPhone Storage, find Brass, and tap on it. If there's an option to 'Offload App', do that to clear cache without losing data. Then reinstall the app from the App Store.
