A. 1. Restart your iPhone: Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve app crashes. Press and hold the power button until you see the 'slide to power off' option. Slide it, wait for your phone to turn off, and then turn it back on.
2. Update the app: Go to the App Store, tap on your profile icon at the top right, scroll down to see if Hilokal has an update available. If so, tap 'Update'.
3. Clear app cache: Go to Settings > General > iPhone Storage, find Hilokal, and tap on it. If there's an option to 'Offload App', do that, then reinstall it from the App Store.
4. Reinstall the app: If the above steps don’t work, delete the app by pressing and holding the app icon until it wiggles, then tap the 'X'. Reinstall it from the App Store.
B. 5. Check for iOS updates: Go to Settings > General > Software Update. If an update is available, download and install it. Sometimes, app crashes can be due to compatibility issues with the iOS version.
