A. Ensure your iPhone's operating system and the TV Time app are both updated to the latest versions. This can resolve compatibility issues that might cause freezing. To update the app, go to the App Store, tap on your profile icon, and scroll to see pending updates. For iOS updates, go to Settings > General > Software Update.
B. Clear the app's cache by uninstalling and reinstalling it. This can remove any corrupted data causing the app to freeze. To do this, press and hold the app icon, select 'Remove App', then reinstall it from the App Store.
