A. This could be a branding issue. Check for any updates in the App Store that might address this. Go to the App Store, search for Katsu +, and see if there’s an update available. If so, install it and see if the name change is resolved.
B. If the name change is persistent, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app. To do this, press and hold the app icon until it jiggles, tap the 'X' to delete it, then go to the App Store to download it again.
