A. 1. Close the app completely by double-tapping the home button (or swiping up from the bottom on newer iPhones) and swiping the Brandclub app off the screen. 2. Restart your iPhone by holding down the power button and sliding to power off. 3. Once the phone is back on, reopen the app. If the issue persists, check for updates in the App Store and install any available updates for the app.
B. 1. Clear the app's cache by going to Settings > General > iPhone Storage. 2. Find Brandclub in the list and tap on it. 3. Select 'Offload App' to remove the app but keep its documents and data. 4. Reinstall the app from the App Store.
